IFS COACH
The Practicals
How long does IFS coaching take before I feel better? How much does it cost? How regularly do the sessions take place? And where? How long is a session?
I offer a free half hour discovery call or zoom to everybody curious about working with me. It is important to find a pair of hands you feel safe with and this is a way of seeing if we are a good fit. I can happily help direct you to somebody else who may meet your needs more perfectly if we conclude that would be better.
In brief:
-
I offer 60 min sessions, although I hold 15 mins in my diary on the end incase we need the extra time.
-
How long we might work together for is dependent upon your goals and your ability to invest time and money into the project.
-
The beauty of both coaching and IFS is that they can both work quickly - six to eight sessions can be enough to bring substantial positive change and major shifts.
-
There are also clients who find the ongoing support immeasurably helpful and, in these cases, the coaching relationship can endure across years.
-
We will discuss these questions both at the outset and as we go along.
-
The frequency of sessions is also an individual choice.
If we embark on a working relationship together I will give you information about my policies on scheduling, on cancelling appointments, on lateness, emergencies, confidentiality, privacy, payment policies, invoicing and payment details, and anything else which could affect our sessions. I will also answer any further questions you may have on these or other related topics.
Where do sessions take place?
Currently I run sessions on Zoom.
I am also pleased to be able to offer walking coaching sessions around Peckham Rye, London SE15.
These walk-and-talk sessions are not necessarily suitable for IFS because of the inward nature of the work, but they can be extremely fruitful for coaching.
